ur tryin to gain 5 pounds then lose 6. u see how this doesnt make sense?

its not that easy to jus gain 5 pounds of STRAIGHT muscle without gaining SOME fat, and its not easy to lose 6 pounds of STRAIGHT fat without losing SOME muscle. ur gonna jus be goin around in a big circle and end up at the same place.

your 16 years old!! train hard, eat healthy, let your body do the rest. trust me dude...

i'm confused, I was 146lbs 2.5 months ago with more fat than I have now, two months of lifting weights etc I'm at 155lbs, I want to but on muscle then lose fat. SO i'm at 154lbs surely it won't take too long?

if u gain muscle that easy and lose fat that easy, then jus try it out and see what you think. if u dont feel right, try something else ur still young it wont hurt you...
