Im not sure how many pull ups or chins I can do so thats whats up with the ?????. And I'm not sure about the box jumps since theyre more of a plyo movement. The quadrant and fancy footwork drills are called something else but I dont know what I'll find a vid and post it so you know what I'm talking about. Umm I'll jog then wait a half hour before start the drills then I'll do the bag work. All the bodyweight and ab work will be done at night. I think that fills in the holes any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again for the extra motivation guys I'll tell ya'all how I feel the next morn, I hope I'll be good to go do it all over again. I'll post my plyo and speed days if anyone wants to know. Peace

Sadly no, I'm in the middle of moving from this lil **** town to grande prairie. Theres a boxing gym downtown under the theatre...they cover boxing and other mixed martial arts. Ive always wanted to box but never had the means to do it properly.

On another note I couldn't find that vid but I'll describe them. I've made a cross on the floor and I'll hop from one to the other landing within a 1ft area. Its actually fairly challenging to do well since my upperbody wants to go its own way. The 'fancy footwork drill' I'll stand in the middle at an angle so the cross is now an X. keeping my left foot in the center I"ll put my right foot to the end of the top right line then bounce and put it to the back right. Then hop and have the right foot in the center and the left foot on the back left and so on.

yikes I was a little ambitious with that 3 mile run. I never jog on a tread so I don't know how far I go. Also I live in canada so I have no idea what mile is, anyways enough excuses. I went 1.91 miles, it took me 18 minutes, felt like puking at 1.25 lol but I kept goin. Im not sure if it was me or my ancient treadmill but the track kept catching or something. I'll finish my 3 miles tonight maybe Im strongest at night anyhow but friends coming over make it difficult to work out. gotta rest for a bit for the drills and bag work....Im gonna go get a bucket lol I may need it. Does anybody know any tricks for just zoning out while you jog so you can ignore the cramps? My wind is fine its the cramp in your stomach thats killin me.

Don't eat a few hours before you jog. Wait at least 2-3 hours after you eat to run, for digestion & cramp purposes. Hopefully you have music bumping in ur ears, that always helps. keep running and you'll soon start zoning out. Instead of doing 3, start with 1 or 2 miles for a couple weeks and work your way up. Funny cause I'm just the opposit, I HATE running on treadmills & am actually much quicker running outside. Better scenery & its interesting, I a'm actually going somewhere. haha. Anyway, good luck!

yeah I just woke up and went on the tread so I hadnt eaten for about 10 hours. I would run outside if I had any way of keeping track of distance. Also the roads are nearly glare ice and it just snowed last night. Im not shortening my run for nothin I'll just jog as far as I can each day (4 a week that is) till I can do 3. like I said Im stronger at night. I forgot to do the lateral jumps so ima get back at it.

youll actually gain more cardio wise by running in the cold opposed to the heat.
