    It's not going to help you when you are facing a foe who is quicker of hand and foot and blasting you from the outside.

    What will help you is learning the half step and timing him perfect with the left hook.

      point taken.... I understand what you mean.

      I'm learning... But I won't learn fast enough overnight. So I must surpass them another way.. my conditioning.. Until i catch up in form and everything else.
