      You're one strong mofo...and look to be in great shape. Handspeed is lacking though, IMO. You're a beast though...

          Yea i'm not the fastest 165 pounder out there... Its decent but nothing special just yet... I just hit hard and am bigger than most of my opponents in 165...


          thanx I'm gonna try and increase handspeed within the next month by alot.. I've been meaning to try things out.

              Yeah...not sure if you weight lift but stop that if you are. You are real muscle bound man. Practice snapping the **** out of your punches brother. Looks liek you pushed on the bag even on that 1 sec clip you got of it.

                Yea my trainer says I do a lil bit when im tired..... But if ya wanna know something I was actually doing that to make my back get more ripped for the camera... because it was too fast on my snapping shots...

                girls love my back when they see these videos lol.. and the stomach... but i took the stomach ones out.

                    seriously. UFC fighters train like that. They train like morons - the most of them. I've seen clips of these cats running in cargo shorts. And these guys look like ape's when they run.

                    hone your skills in the gym. **** this ****** tire ****.

                      The tire helps my calf's a whole lot... they get stronger and allow me to bounce in the wrong for long periods of time..

                      So whenever i need to get on my bicycle I have the energy to do it... and it helps my feet also...
