milk is basically fat, sugar (lactose is a sugar), some protein and some calcium. If you have skimmed milk then thats reasonably 'good' for you in terms of getting some calcium which helps strengthen bones and also helps nerves and muscle contractions, but its no good for hydration and it does have quite a lot of sugar in it, even though it doesnt taste sweet, so dont make it your only drinkComment

I heard in US there is Buffollo Milk I know there is only one compay that makes camel milk, it tasts pretty badComment

your main drink should allways be water but skimmed milk is good to, i usally drink a quart right after training.
and for dr filth, i enjoyed sucking milkfree **** before i was full grown.Comment
