      Me? No, im lactose intolerant all it helps with is keeping me in the washroom. But its a good source of calcium

          cheap, quick and easy energy source, high biological value protein.

          go for skimmed milk.

              sure no ploblem.. milk was never designed for human consumption. Its too hard for the body to break down in excess.. im not tryin to complicate anything.. thats the explination..keep it simple.. i drink milk everyday

              u are right about the skim milk.. it is the best and healthiest to drink..

                  Well you are supposed to get weaned off of it. You dont see full grown animals in the wild drinking their mother's milk.

                    think about this. the thing that we are SUPPOSED to intake more than anything when we are our most fragile and experiencing our most rapid growth is MILK.

                    its bomb for you.

                    skim milk daily.
