We spar with 16's. . . heavyweight and above use 18's.

I train with the Title Gel 20 oz. bag gloves and spar with IMF Tech 16's.

I do my bag an pad work with 16oz Everlast Professional Hook n Loop gloves and then i spar with my 16oz Ringside Gloves. i Dont see why you'd spar with 10oz gloves.

a couple of the fighters at my gym have everlast 14oz hook and loop sparring gloves and they are very hard, depends on your weight tho id say 170lbs upward 16oz, 14 oz if you weigh less. different gloves for bag/mitt work
