My body fat is 6.7-9% at 128 pounds, was taken about 2 months ago..
Losing body fat consists of a 70% diet, 30% workout.. My best advice is to avoid carbs, sugary drinks and or foods, and any high cardio type activity will burn body fat, swimming, running, sparring, skippin, ect
like 6 months ago my body fat was 7 % at 175, but now i walk around at 168 so it is probly around 6.5 or so. i can see all 6 abs without flexing in any kind of lighting, so whatever the percent is, its low...
punchdrunk monk, alot of exercises, and proper diet is the key. jus keep working out til u puke, and eat right...
last time i had mine checked (like last march or so) it was 8 percent. it probably dropped to about 5 but went back up to 10 or so around summer. I'm probably still at 8 or so right now, but with more muscle.
