i been in my gym for about a month now, its been great.. i am gettin use to how ppl work there now, its basiclly like rotations cuz its small there, everyone keeps moving, we do rounds on different things...
everytime i went i did like half hours worth of rounds on like one thing and id leave, but boy did i have that all wrong. when i went yesterday i decided i was gunna do sets of a bunch of different things, and i ended up doing a lot more then i expected and i did them in perfect order and got a second wind and lasted over 2 hours...
my routine was intense
i started with 5 rounds on the heavybag... and when i say rounds its the everlast clock, 3 minute rounds 60 second breaks...
after my 5rounds on the heavy bag, i did 5 rounds of shadowboxing in the ring with 5 pound weights in each hand... then i did 5 rounds of speedbag... then 2 rounds of nonstop situps with medicine ball being thrown at me and at my stomach... then i did 3 rounds of skipping and 2 rounds on the uppercut bag
i was ****in doneeee after that.. suprisingly though on my last rounds on the uppercut bag i felt strong, still had my pop, but at the 5th round on the heavybag at the start of my training, i was gassed... it was a great second wind i felt fresh.. putting the skipping and abs in between bags is a great idea... at least for me... my skipping and ab work outs killed me cuz i dont do them a lot, i am gunna throw them in the mix a lot more though, it lengthens my stay at the gym and also is so important. i feel great today. gunna go back tomorrow n do the same thing again. should be fighting real soon, sparring next week hopefully
