    i know, i wasn't saying that. it somewhat does, as gay as this sounds... i was watchin americas next top model last night and this ***** had this really low form of autism and it affected how she walked and her posture.

    it sucks for me cuz when i do floor work and lock legs with people i'm so f'n tall that people barely anchor me so i am prob stretching my bottom ab muscles like someone posted about before. friggin hell!

      you dont have 8-9% body fat your abs become defined at that stage and their is no gut...

        the floor would stop you from "stretching" them i think(unless you arc your back, then maybe). besides if someone is holding your feet its an upper ab move. Im no expert but thats how i understand it.

          both people are doing the exercise, we lock legs for half of our stomache work. and my torso is just soooo long. most of my height is literally gained from between the bottom of my ribcage to the top of the pelv..
