Pull your shoulders back and keep your spine straight.

Over do it at first, and keep your chin up. Eventually youll find a posture thats comfortable.

i feel kinda **** about my stomach now, its not like my belly hangs out when i walk, i eat well, so its not fat, i was kinda hoping everyone would be the same as me.

but when i say i relax then my belly hangs out, i mean i TOTALLY relax, as in my posture will slouch alot, i been working on my posture this year so standing straight isn't yet natural to me

i just checked now, i took my top off and stood with a great posture in front of the mirror and my stomach was totally fine

i only have an outline really, it's mostly because i'm tall tho, and how i carry my weight. i have iffy posture tho.. i think your problem could be a mix of genetics and the things mentioned here (awesome thread by the way, very informative). genes play a role, even if we don't want to admit it. you can't look at other people and not notice the OBVIOUS differences in body type, mold, etc...

Posture has little to do with genes, more like with weak muscle development and bad habits.

Also, if you do everything right, there is nothing that should prevent you from having a decent sixpack. Unless you are just one of these people who are naturally fat.

How about I use to be a lil heavy... Now im not . WHY? because I train like i'm old school with new school techniques.

RUN and Swim (You see theres no OR in there)

many of you own a sledge hammer.many of you own a tire. How many of you actually use it?

How many push-ups are you seriously hitting straight? are you doing atleast 50 a set?

Medicine ball should be your friend if your a boxer.

Do you shadow box with intensity? Do you conserve energy for the next phase or your workout?

Thats why theres probably only about 3 gifted people here and 3 hard workers that could actually **** wit my routine.

Step ya ****in game up *****s cuz its not gonna be a strong move to box if you don't.
