i agree with that, to a certain extent. but i think you need to maintain some activity within 10 hours of eating (who doesn't tho?) because it does take only 5 hours for your body to digest food. which is pretty short..

but **** i just had 2 bowls of wheaties & skim milk, 4 glasses of water, 10 hardboil eggs (no yolks), and a banana with a lil peanut butter on it. haha.
