Running in the morning don't mean ****. In reality it is just a trick that trainers use to force a commitment from their boys. They can't party all night if they have to get up a 5:00 AM to run 5 miles. If they won't do it, they ain't worth wasting anymore time on.

Running in the snow is no fun, either. But I would rather it be snowing than near-freezing and still raining, which is how it gets here starting next month until about March. (Right now it's in the 40's F and raining in the mornings; by mid-November it's typically in the mid-30's F and raining in buckets.)

Purely personal preference in choosing snow over rain, of course.

If running is the worst thing we have to tackle all day, I'd say we're pretty damn lucky.

I live in NY and we get the freezing cold and the blazing heat. Personally I'd rather the heat. In the cold running gets pain in the knees and back, and the air rips through your lungs and throat. In the heat you might be soaked in sweat, no energy and vomiting but for some reason running in the heat>cold for me.

For me it's vice versa, I would rather run in cold.

I also prefer to run at night since I work at nights and I am a dead meat in the morning.

I run at night I don't like people staring at me in the day. Not alot of people run where I am. You don't see ppl running. When I run people in their cars turn their heads stare as a run past them in the street. I feel like telling them wtf are you looking at get up off your fat ass and run. So to avoid all that uncomfortableness I run at night after dinner. Even last night when I ran there was two girls talking in their garageway hanging out but they stoped in the middle of their converstaion to stare at me as i ran by stare so much that they even truned their heads and got up out of a chair and turned around to watch me run away. It pisses me off so much.

Wel it doesnt reali matter.... but i mean it helps because if u do a run in the morning then it means straight away u burn away fat, because u got no sugar to burn off as ur sugar levels are low... also it means ur metabolism will be high even after breakfeast, lunch etc.

There's nothing like the morning run. It gets your heart rate going, increases your metabolism, and refreshes you for your daily tasks. I do 2 to 3 miles 5 days out of the week and i feel revived throughout the day.
