  • Does running in the morning really matter?

    does it make a difference then running at night or in the middle of the day? whats the real difference if any??

    Energy.Im starting to think about changing my running plan to the morning.Therefore I can rest my legs from all the work I was doing in the day time.

      There was just a thread on this. Yes, it matters. Probably more psychologically than physically. Getting up in the morning to run takes discipline; it conditions your mind for the rigors of the sport.

      Especially out here where it's been 45F and raining sideways in the ****ing mornings.

        Hell,running in 95 degree heat isnt a easy task neither.haha You hear about all those marathoners that were passing out and having heat strokes? And that was 90 degree temp. Imagine that and 90% humidity in the mid day. No joke.I did that today,with sweater tops and bottoms.haha

              I just wanna be someplace warm. Getting out of a nice warm bed to go run in pitch-black, freezing, wind-driven rain sucks.

                    it depeends what type of person you are. some people don't like running in the moring because your half asleep
