5 weeks, must lose this weight

    OK basically I got about 5 weeks to get from 68 - 69 kg's that I'm weighing at the moment to 63 - 64 kg's for a championship tournament,
I need to lose this weight because with my height and skill I no I could be in with a chance of wining this weight division.

I got down to this weight last time I entered it, the only thing is iv bin training a month solid now, with a strict diet and my weight does not seem to be moving lower than 68 kg's, any advice?

Please don't reply to this if you don't no what the **** your talking about.

Good point I forgot to mention, I can't run to heavy at the moment because I injured my ankle and its painful to run on, but instead iv been going on a exercise bike were Iv been sweating just as much.

And Mickey Iv cut back on food big time, no junk **** what so ever. The only thing chocolate I eat is wheeto's as my cereal but the intake on them is fine for a meal replacement.

Im not totally sure but i think the difference between last time and this time could be the excercise bike. I know i can go twenty minutes pushing myself on my spin cycle at home no probs but when it comes to doing twenty minutes of roadwork it doesnt compare in terms of how drained i feel afterwards. If you really cant run try upping the intensity of your bike training. Im not saying that is the problem totally im just saying from my experience how cycling feels less physically demanding to me than roadwork.

Yeah I no what you mean, I love to get my roadwork in, it pushes you more than the bike. but i'm not sure if that is the only reason why my weight aint dropping.

For cardio do laps at your nearest pool if possible. As for losing the actual weight as its been said a million times you need to eat less then you burn which is easy if your training intensley.Go to one of the hundreds of bmr and calorie caculators on the internet and find your calories needed to maintain and go 500-700 calories lower. If at the end of the week your still not losing lower them further.
