    I gotta lose 8 pounds in 18 days.Im not sweating it because its a **** load of time. You got over a month. I think you just felt like making a thread,because that ****s easy.

            I lose calories rather fast and weight really fast. Plus Im a mover(a minimum of 8 hour shifts.Which translates to 8 hours of cardio) I box for at least an 1 and a half for 5 or 6 days. I also run after boxing 3-4 miles. I eat salad at least once a day,and cut down on eating. So for me its rather easy.

              . haha. I used to move furniture all day. It is tough work. All the lads i worked with were built big, otherwise they rarely lasted very long.

                It is too easy to cheat, and not work out hard enough on a stationary bike. Buy a heart rate monitor that straps around your chest with the watch monitor. Spend about 5, or 10 minutes building yourself up till you reach a level where you are working hard, but still staying within your target heart rate zone. Try to eventual work to the upper 80 to 90% of your target heart rate zone. And, twenty minutes is just not going to cut it. Spend a total of at least 45 to 90 minutes (including warmup), 5 or more times per week. Also, don’t eat ****, which you should already know.

                  f you can't run/Jumprope You better be throwing a *(excuse my language)* ****LOAD of punches with a bag on if you wanna get down.

                  Luckily you have a month to do this.. so start now. You'll also throw punches easier and increase endurance with the amount of punches you will be throwing if you follow my lead.
