It is too easy to cheat, and not work out hard enough on a stationary bike. Buy a heart rate monitor that straps around your chest with the watch monitor. Spend about 5, or 10 minutes building yourself up till you reach a level where you are working hard, but still staying within your target heart rate zone. Try to eventual work to the upper 80 to 90% of your target heart rate zone. And, twenty minutes is just not going to cut it. Spend a total of at least 45 to 90 minutes (including warmup), 5 or more times per week. Also, don’t eat ****, which you should already know.Last edited by CRESCENDOPOWER; 10-04-2007, 03:29 AM.

f you can't run/Jumprope You better be throwing a *(excuse my language)* ****LOAD of punches with a bag on if you wanna get down.
Luckily you have a month to do this.. so start now. You'll also throw punches easier and increase endurance with the amount of punches you will be throwing if you follow my lead.
