i seem to remember alot of calorie or weight oriented questions so heres a site that you just punch in your weight and duration of activity and BAM 100+ total calories burned even has occupational **** like carpentry plumbing moving furniture blah blah blah and heavybag, sparring! generally 3500 cal = 1lb of fat.
