Is it true that the better shape you're in the less you will sweat? It doesn't seem that way for me... I've been training/ running/ working out hard for almost 7 months but everyday I'm still ending up with my shirt plastered to me and almost puddles of sweat around the bags by the end of the night. I don't have any stamina issues or anything... and its not really a problem except its kind of gross and I get sick of having to take home soaking wet shirts every night.

Any suggestions? Would a diet change make a difference? Maybe having more salt?

Its your hydration levels, it could be the heat of the gym. I've been training in combat sports for 4 years and im still soaked at the end of training

so is that a sign of good hydration levels? The gym is kind of warm but i seem to sweat more than most of the others even though i'd say i'm in as good or better shape than most there.

Yeah ive just come home from training and people were pointing out that they could literally see the sweat evaporating from my body lol (today seems to be the coldest day in a long time and my body heat is always quite high).

Its true i think it just depends on your body specifics. I sweat just sitting down typing messages on a forum ffs so when im at the gym it just pours out. Id be more upset if i didnt sweat to be honest. Its a reminder to me that ive put the work in.

On a side note i do drink like a horse to be honest.

I am, if I may say, in awesome shape. I run a 5:15 mile and can do 51 pushups in a minute. But when working out, I sweat like a Catholic priest at a Little League game. I drink about a gallon of water in a 90 minute workout.

Obviously, somewhere along the way a little girl knocked the sense of humor out of your dumb head.
