    Well I also work in a moving company,so Im burning calories constantly too. So if needed I can up the 1200 calories to 2,000 if I wanted since I burn them off anyway,plus I run.

      Eat plenty of lean meat. things like chiken breasts & tuna. its full of protein for your muscles and has enough carbs so you will have energy for training.

      Also make sure you drink plenty of water.

          Because of the training and work you do, and the fact what your eating so healthy you could easily have 1500-1800 calories a day and still comfortably lose the weight you want.

            I went to the gym and I weighed in at 158lbs. and Im still eating what I want,just exercising more and eating alittle bit less of what I like.

              I heard it apparently makes a massive difference when training. your supposed to eat about every 2 hours and have a pint of water each time you eat. Does anybody know anymore on the subject?

                i strugel to find 3 meals lol
                well how can u say u'd get bored of eatin the same thing over n over, cos if u couldnt find 3 meals that u like to eat would that not mean u eat the same thing over n over ne way lol
