Normally I do 4 - 5 two minute rounds for my warm up when at home, we do about the same in are boxing gym to, how much do you do?

sometimes i do 15-20 minutes straight thru, sometimes 3 minute rounds hard with 30 sec rest, sometimes 2 minute rounds real real hard and fast with 30 seconds of slow skipping. i change the rounds up depening on the day.

3 rounds of 3 minutes each, then i get bored and stop. Mighty mouse HATES SKIPPING, mighty mouse like hitting things (or people).
