My style was basically changed yesterday....

    Winky Wright...

I hate it but it is more productive I admit. Defense is superb, and it is easy for me to **** out punches with.

I'm going to Tampa today to spar with another gym. Hopefully I'll be able to get some footage.

does it work alot better for you then? I noticed in your sparring vids that your straight punches are alot better than your hooks and upercuts so maybe you'll be far better relying on straight shots most of the time.

Ive used it vs. this heavyweight at my old gym,and yes it is hard to do.You have to catch him leaning. I practically just did what Tyson did to Hector Mercedes,(his first fight)until he dropped.

straight right to the body left hook upstairs is one of my favorite

or feint with the right and fire off a 1-2

So you've tried it? Did you connect flush with it? I could never try that as im to tall and it wouldnt work properly as it seems you have to have a low center of gravity like tyson to get the leverage and power behind.

Not flush, you have to know how far to throw out the uppercut,or you'll miss it completely.

see thats my problem, i throw out the upercut real early then leave myself wide open for counter shots. Thats one of the reasons as to why i dn really use upercuts.
