I eat food that I don't necessarily like the taste of, because of how I feel AFTER eating it. Green tea comes to mind. So do those little sprouted crunchy things.

LOL, you just described the "walnut" for me. I actually have to monitor my intake of this nut.

I always feel great whenever I'm in a routine of boxing, exercise and eating healthily.

I haven't kept to this all summer and I've been down quite a lot and just generally felt ****ty.

yeah i almost never enjoy the taste of my meals, but i dont find it hard to eat them because of the way they make me feel (and look). feeling good doesnt just affect feeling good though, it has somany knock on effects, like you feel good, so you feel confident, so you look confident, ect. ect. ect.

more than anything if i dont exercise and eat well i feel like ****

one banana will give you enough energy for a 90 minute work out..or is it 60 minute??
