Cutting Carbs out of the picture won't work. Cutting them down and cutting out the sugars is a key to not only cutting fat storage, but living healthier all together. Try this on for size take your body weight divide that by 4, and you have a good amount of carbs per gram to take in on a daily basis. Don't go over that number for about a month, Then if you are training, You can move up to dividing your body weight by 3.
so if im 200lbs i should only eat 50grams off carbs a day?
If you ever go low carb you have to make sure to go high protien, thats why you lost strength cuz u didnt get enough protien, but never go no carb cuz you need some carbs in your diet.
