So does that bring you to about 4-5 hours depending on how fast you work?

Run / light jog 3-4 miles in the morning, about 45 minutes-1 hour.

Work 5-6 hours at an intensely physical job (boat builder)

            1-hour nap after work. Seriously.

3 nights / week, boxing training. Our gym is run like a martial arts class, 60 minutes of exercise and drills in 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rests, then 30-60 minutes of sparring after.

2-3 nights/week, hit the exercise room in our apartment complex for 45-60 minutes, circuit training. I miss my old weightlifting gym with the big weights and the squat cage.

I have a chin-up bar in my flat, and a heavy bag and gloves at the boatshop.
