    3x100 crunches

    2x25 dips

    2x25 pull ups

sometimes ill go 12 rounds but this is basically what i do what do u guys do in the gym?
Holy freaking crap man. That's insane.

I'm going to start doing that on Tuesday (when my Gym is open). I've also found a good way to build up endurance while doing combo drills in the ring, I got some five pound weights and started running with them with my hands up, throwing some jabs and whatnot, so that when I get to the gym, it won't feel like I'm carrying cinder blocks on my forearms.

i started boxing when i was 12 and i went 3-5 days a week and i was getting serious about this so i built up to that when i do sparring the only thing i do is shadow box...im not exxagerating anything it take anywhere from 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I'd rather be in the gym than home.

and skyler no water breaks? thats weird our trainer tries to get us hydrated all the time

I looked at your workout, and I agree, it doesn't take 7-8 hours. I did three miles once in twenty minutes, so it's fully plausable to be able to run six in 45 minutes to an hour. The rest is your standard three minutes on, thirty seconds off, right? That's how it's done in my gym, everything is done in rounds.
