Aint that the truth. I give respect to any man who stands across from another man who wants to rip your head off. I do not have respect for quitters like Bruce Seldon. Scum.

fuuuuccckkk cup stacking. Most frusterating/****** thing in the world. Their is more of a chance of me becoming pound 4 pound #1 fighter in the world than me stacking cups like that. For one maybe after 5 minutes wouldnt you realize your wasting time...stacking cups..

its hard to keep your composure, really hard.
Yea but after you get home 2 things could happen.

You feel bad and feel insulted/disrespected -*(Results in automatic harder trainign for yourself)*

                  OR

You feel bad and feel like giving up Sad that you didnt do better. *(Results in lost of passion for the sport...going through the motions in training)*

One think Ive heard while talking to the Cruiserweight is. Its best to try to break habits you know deep inside arnt that good.Although they're easy to do. He said say if you are fighting really well. Then when you get tired you will go back to what you were doing. Which most of the time isnt all that good.

one of the strangest - and for me one of the best - feelings in the world is after getting tagged really good or knocked down....is getting back up. the 'yea you hit me, but i aint dead, im still here' feeling is what does it for me.
