Anyone who is taking SOY Protein instead Whey protein should stop. Soy Protein isnt exactly good for you since soy produces estrogen and brings down testosterone production which isnt good for this sport of ours...

What do glutamine and carnitine do? Are there any supplements available to help build strength/mass? Also, before i get jumped on, I just want to clarify that I am looking to mostly build strength, but just add a little upper body mass to balance out my frame.
As far as I know, glutamine is more for your body's recovery after a workout... Carnitine helps with your fat metabolism... It helps in the consumption and disposal of fat in the body because it is responsible for the transport of fatty acids...
