That documentary was good but some of it wasnt a fair test. For instance saying one punch is harder than the other because their machine measured it. But the people doing the punch were of different sizes, and also could have been of different strengths so its not a fair test.

well there is many question not answer but it explains why boxing has the strongest punch of the bunch.

As well as some people look bigger for there weight like the boxer but could actully be the same size because most of them are really the same height

They only tested once with one set of people. That goy was big a lot bigger than some of the other martial artists.

Also where they say that its hard enough to break facial bones but would probably still leave them standing. A lot of people would still fall to the floor because of it.

Also some of them stood there preparing to punch. You're not going to be able to do that in a fight.

taekwondo doesnt use punches only body punches and fi you look the taekwondo dude put all his weight and even rushed he almost lost balance... the boxer just gave a quick punch .. if he threw a sloppy punche he could have done more damage

boxing use every part of the body to produce the power and that is the main idea of who this thing but for other martial arts they use the back only or some like a boxings jab.

All the power comes from both legs from the ground throw the back and through the arm and toward you oppenet.

It like a this ball that hit each other. I enetgy is goes throw the first ball that hits and then the last ball is moved. same physics but expect each ball is going to give out abit of its owen energy

I remember watching this programme a while back. It tends to be widely accepted that boxers on average possess the most powerful punch, but not every boxer is a powerful hitter. I like to point out to non boxers that there's so much more to boxing than just having a powerful punch!

Actually man lots of other martial arts do use similar techniques.

Im not dis*****g the fact that boxers have the most powerful punch. I think they probably do. Im just saying that it wasn't a fair test.

True, I hear what your saying, they didn't appear to be the same weight class did they.
