yea i dont understand why people are saying it will be a good experience...it wont. youll be on the mat within the first 20 seconds and most likely in a bad way. you learn more by sparring for a good 3 rounds with someone slightly better then you, you dont learn anything going 20 seconds with a pro.

Friday is a former cheif sparring partnerto both Klitschckos, Rahman, Lyachovich, Chagaev, Lewis and Tyson as well as everyday sparring partner to a million others Sam Peter being a regular.. Friday is the only man i ever saw knock Chagaev off his feet in sparring at Toccos gym several years ago.. The only man i ever saw get Fridays proper attenton in a fight was Povetkin.. That cat is a bit special.. I worked Fridays corner in Mannheim Germany for that one and it was a hard job finding Povetkin with clean shots , he is a masterful boxer.. far better than many realise..
