    yea i dont understand why people are saying it will be a good experience...it wont. youll be on the mat within the first 20 seconds and most likely in a bad way. you learn more by sparring for a good 3 rounds with someone slightly better then you, you dont learn anything going 20 seconds with a pro.

        this thread is a blast from the past. I remember Friday when he was deadly force at heavyweight. Always loved the name.
