    i have 2 day missed everything n i fell pissed of more than out cus i counldt do it but its becsaue iv pulleda muscel in my stomach and alaso the side of my stomach n i can hardly move with it it hurts that much

      I run 3-4 days a week and when i run i run 3-5 miles and i was woundering what do you guys think of that?

        thats cool, but try to add like 1 or 2 days of sprints and interval runs. running long distances ALL the time for boxing isnt the best thing a fighter can do, u def gotta add interval and sprint training.
