Okay, I've been boxing for less than a year (Still amateur) and I finally got a chance to fight another match in a couple of months. Now, I want to start training now and after searching for tips, I found this place. Now, all I want to know is what is a good diet to follow when training. What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. that will benefit during training?
