    high weight and low reps does not develop explosive power, it develops maximal strength. plyometric and ballistic(explosive) training develops explosive power. low weight and high reps and high weight and low reps are both useful for boxers i think. everyones body is different u cant say do this and dont do that, it doesnt work that way. it all depends on the ratio of muscle fibers among other things, so i guess that ur both right...
