Just like the triceps thread... What are good "boxing" exercises for biceps? I hear curls aren't good for boxing...

i dont think u wana be doin direct isolation bicep work for boxing, since all the bicep really does is bring the arm back after the punch i would think u wanna be doing explosive pulling exercises for them.

Throwing hooks on the bag. That exercise works your biceps in most boxing way possible. Various chin up and pull ups also work them.
Swimming too.

Like everyone else has said, isolation exercises for you biceps in boxing. In fact, they don't even play a key role in bringing the arm back from a punch, the brachialis does. But girls can't see you brachialis, so no one gives a ****...
