    Protein

Well since I'm not really into raw eggs, I eat tuna but are there any other foods that are naturally high in protein?

try eating nuts all day. Good way to pack on some muscle. Just snack on em all day long. The rule of thumb is one gram of protein per LB of body mass. So if you weigh 165 you should ingest 165 grams of protein at least to gain muscle.

especially before bed as it has high casein protein content which breaks down slower than whey protein as you sleep.

Chicken brest is the best source of protein as its low in calories and very high in protein but it's a pain to make if you need it in the morning before work or at lunch. I reckon you should buy some protein powder as it's quite cheap, you can take it any time of the day and it's even higher in protein than chicken.
