i know that kroger does, and whole foods carries buffalo meat for stew for 5.99 a pound where i live.... yeah buffalo is a little expensive but what i do is i go to the store and i check the sell by date... then i show up when i know its gonna expire and they reduce the price... ill buy 5 or 6 steaks and then freeze them and thaw them and eat them when i want..
pay attention to the fact that different cuts have different nutritional values. like i said sirloin is very lean w/ only 1 g.... a cube steak or strip steak might have 3 or 4 and a ribeye would have nearly 10.
soy milk is not bad also, id recommend it for anyone who drinks a lot of milk it it can have a significant dietary impact all by itself if youre drinking alot.. even skim milk has 13 g of sugar.Comment

i think a healthy diet is worth whatever you pay for the food
honestly, you may not want to pay 7 bucks a pound for something when you go to the store but just think how many times you threw down 10 bucks so you could get some pizza delivered and give a tip... you coulda had a nice pound steak and some green beans instead
by following very simple principles and eating good healthy foods i was able to achieve the following results....
october 24, 2006: 237 pounds
september 24, 2006: 223 pounds
november 23, 2006: 210 pounds
december 30th, 2006: 199 pounds
february 13th, 2007: 192 pounds
april 1st, 2007: 186 pounds
today, june 7th, 2007: 182 pounds
i might add that i have continued to gain strength the whole time, i do take 4 supps.. creatine, glutamine, protein, tribulus. i took a bottle of hydroxycut the first month but stopped cause it wasnt worth the money
when i was 237 and a piece of **** i could only bench press 185 pounds... now at 182 pounds i do 4 sets of 5 w/ 200 pounds and could probably put up 245 if i wanted to try a max.Comment

I went the whole day without eating anything. I didnt plan it, I was busy all day and I wanted to go eat a salad at this one deli but by the time I got around to it it was closed and then it was too late to eat anyway.Comment

I have found that if you dont eat a balanced diet, your body will crave things.
In each meal 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats. This will markedly reduce cravings, because your body is getting all the types of macronutrients it requires.
If i eat a very low carb diet, i crave bread.Comment
