did these today for the first time. quite possible the best explosive exercise i have ever done! you start in the bottom pullup position, pull as HARD AND FAST as possible and when you reach the top give a nice pull / tug and fly off the bar, clap your hands together and catch the bar as your coming back down and your in the bottom position again. WOW!! a burn and explosive workout like no other. i did 4 sets of 8 reps. if u havent tried them, do so immediately!!!!!!
