    how old are you? If your under 20 years old you still have some time to grow when i hit 17 i went from 5'7 to 6'1 ,i pretty much stopped growing at 20-21,but its all genetics but if your parents are short there really isnt Much you can do ,for now i'd say just maintain big healthy meals lots of lean meats and chicken breast, less sugars, lots of protein and lift big,and run lots its really simple you just have to be deticated you can put on 10 lbs in no time, as for the height only time could tell but chances are you will inherit your parents height.

      If you want to gain weight, just lift, eat a lot, get plenty of rest, and give up the other activities, including boxing. Otherwise, change your goal to be less muscle-oriented (or take steroids)...

        Well i'm actualy taller then both my dad and mom.

        I'm 15, and i take Muay Thai for now.

        i've grown 2-3 inches since 2006.

        My goal is to get to atleast 5"8 to 6"0,

        I guess it would be genetics, but thats ok, i'm still growing.
