    Hey guys, do any of ya'll know how to help gain weight?

    I'm trying to work out my biceps and triceps, i eat a lot of protein

    but all this training and exercise is burning so much calorie, so i'm trying

    to train just as much, and fill up my stomach to the max.

    I was jsut asking if you knew any food that would help gain weight

    and help grow taller. Thanks, much appreciated.

    taller would be genetics and sleep,and calcium

    gaining weight maintain a high protein diet and 3000+ calories,lean meat,turkey,beef,steak,chicken breast,peanuts,fruits,oats,veggies, ,also hit those weights ,every muscle group and be deticated.

    theres no secret just eat big ,eat healthy,lift big lift healthy

        You want to gain weight...well just blaze and eat all day and drink a 40 and go to sleep.

          eat some sort of nuts all day long to snack on...ALL DAY...lift heavy with lo reps.

            Yeah thats what I was gonna say, heavy weights low reps. Eat lots of pasta dishes aswell.

              Go for eating four cooked meals a day and eat lots of fruit after them. Snack on nuts betwwen meals but trainhard or your body will turn to ****.

                thats gaining fat and unwanted weight ,you have to portion the weight in a healthy fashion far away from junk food and beer

                  your not gunna get much bigger just working your biceps and triceps. Compound movements buddy...if your gunna lift weights bench press, squat, military press and rows then you can fit in your isolation work for the smaller muscles..

                    Well Thanks for all the replies, it makes a lot of difference

                    But i'm not trying to be big, i weigh about 110-117, i'm trying to get to

                    130-140 pounds, really cut and lean! Much more of a boxers body.

                    rite now i'm about 5"5, i wanna get to 5"8, 5"10. but my parents are short

                    so i guess i gotta eat alot. btw- I'm allergic of Peanuts(all types)! so what else can i do?!!
