    very trainer I've ever talked to Jumps rope before the other things in the gym.
    Some gyms i know go longer than 30 mins.. so thats not even showing off. Go to a gym in Ny and they'd laugh if I tried to brag about30 mins.

    Might sound like bragging to you but its just a statement to me. So that tells me a lil sumthin about your routine.

    And until your ass actually gets in a ring and has a fight don't tell me **** about over training. I'd out "everything" you anyday of the week jus to make that **** clear.

    Now gve me a hug and don't hold a grudge

        i doubt you do 30 minute jump rope with no stopping lol

        and i said 10 minutes jump rope...and burn out means you lose energy you want maximum power and energy thats why they suggest doing cardio at the end of weights you dont wanna tire yourself in the beggining.

        and running in da morning means your jump starting your metabolism.

          y u talkin like 30 minutes jump rope is a superhuman feat. i sometimes do 47 minutes straight of jump roping does that mean i'm batman or some ****? (by the way i dont juice, if ur thikin of sayin that, though i do take glutamine, so i guess by ur standards, i do juice). domain, didnt u say u train for 40 minutes in another post? so that means u do boxing training for 30 minutes then doesnt it? and ur dissin someone elses workout? dont get all bitchy and **** and start callin me a hater and say im a ***** blah blah but wut the **** r u talkin about ur doggin someone for sayin they jump rope 30 minutes before they workout, guess what, about 90% of fighters do that....FIGHTERS. know wut that is?

              it sucks man...does your calves feel like there gonna explode? the **** just start pounding and pulsing according to some of my boys they said it can happen from ill fitting shoes and if you tie the shoe laces way to tight it will cut off circulation.

                  can u run for 30 minutes without stopping? well...probably not, but athletes can, and guess what else, they can also jump rope for 30 minutes without stopping. and guess what else........dare i say it...hit a heavy bag for 30 minutes without stopping AHHHHHHHH i said it oh my god!! get real domain, u think that athletic workouts are some supernatural freakish feats of strength that cant be done without steroids or some superhuman power. get into a real gym and train.

                    Are you overweight? If your overweight then thats ok because that explains it.. no hard feelings... but if your not then you really need to get to a different gym if this is so amazingly un-doable to you.

                      your full of **** bro! both of you are full of it...running 30 minutes straight aint ****...alot of people do that...but people you guys would break the world record of jump rope without stopping...

                      floyd mayweather jr does 3-5 minute intervals, pacquiao does 3-5 minute intervals of jump rope have youe ver done a jump rope? its tiring on your arms moron.

                      stop trying to act macho.

                      i know boxers do intervals and rest 60 seconds and then they go back and do like 12 rounds of intervals.

                      go post a video of you doing 30 minutes straight jump rope without messing up.
