Never Had shin splints in my life.

I jump rope 30-45 mins before every training session to warm up and I most likely run 3 times more than 90% of you. which is 6 days the week.

why you always gotta show off?

30-45 minutes before you train? thats a thing a ****** guy wouold do you already tired yourself out...always do jump rope for burn out after a workout...and warm up no more then 10 minutes man.

no wonder your hands are heavy when you fight and slow...you overtrain.

if you do cardio always do it frist thing in the morning and then you eat and rest a bit then maybe 4 hours later you start sparring, punching bag etc.

        la-dee-****ing-da. id whip your ass.

anyways, the best way to avoid shin splints is to stretch right after youre done skipping rope or running. find a step or a curb or some ****in thing. stand on it on your tippy toes, and put your weight on your heels. that stretches that spot right from your shin to your foot. keep pushin up and down till you feel it loosen up. youll thank me afterward.

Ice your shins after every run!

Also, stop running on hard pavement for awhile. Run on the grass or beach if you have a beach near you?.
