You got some speed on you. At first I thought the video was sped but after watching two or three times I can see it's not. You should turn you body into your straights and hooks, learn some footwork and if you can do it at that speed then wow.

Anyways, I think you should take the advice you've gotten by a couple of the other posters: Try to develop some power too. You are obviously very fast... and with some power behind those punches, you could do good. Remember: If you can't take criticism, you won't get far. But I suppose that's just my opinion.
