he is hitting a 125 pound bag too most guys who weigh 200 pounds cant even make a 125-150 pound bag move like that.

Everytime i watch that i picture how morales,barrera,solis,larios must of felt when mannny hit them.

Nice ****ing post KayJay I love how he trains this is another good example. Notice the intensity. He is obviously training with the intent to give 100% throughout every round.
