i got two quick youtube videos here
First vid: ------read the question below thats not my normal bag work.. dont give feedback on that-------
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRDAvkklWA0
details on youtube:
I've been hitting the bag for awhile now, but I always throw a couple punches then throw a hook. But what can you throw after your hook? I was taught to throw my hook real tight but in order to do that i get close to the bag, then i wanna throw a cross.... im practically at the bag allready
also a question about the stand. does anyone have it? isnt it ****, every time i throw my jab the bag hits that stand. im gonna hang that bag from my wall soon...
second video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Poywwq5uh1w
yea.. i knowi back off the screen in the beginning.. id like some advice on going backwards i have a little trouble with that.. and whatever other pointers
oh yeah.. and anyone have that stand? its not only **** for the heavy bag, but also the speedbag... i guess u get what u pay for huh. but that 60 lb sandbag on the top certainly did help.. even tho its only on one side lol
