good advice? here's some- if someone is more experienced than you, get mobile when that 30 second buzzer sounds. i seen alot of guys get their asses kicked in exchanges when that 30 second buzzer rings because they mix it up with guys with loads more experience.
etiquette when sparring more experienced boxers

Recently i've been getting a bit sick of newbies taking advantage of me going nice and light then crying like babies when i turn it up a notch (in response with them trying to hit me with everything they got)
In summary, i really HATE sparring newbies. I do feel obliged to do so because i was a newbie once and i know the feeling but i had respect for the more experienced guys i was sparring.Comment

haha, yea i went light on this new guy once, and whilst i was messing around doing my **** Ali-shuffle he hit me with a crappy jab. Problem is, he brought it up every 5 minutes after that, as if he'd destroyed me. I made a note and decided to explode on him next time we sparred and set the books straight.Comment
