    At first probably 3 times a week with 48 hours between neck training sessions. Neck training should be slow and careful. Neck injuries are very easy to get but not so easy to heal. It will be many months before your neck is ready for the high stress training.

      i have a neck developer and i only throw on it one 5 pound plate! can someone tell me or get footage of someone doing them the right way and what to do and what not to do i have only worked out with it once because im afraid ill **** up my neck
      somebody please help

        just want to remind you guys to look up some of my old posts here. i had some tips in response to training the neck some time ago.

        and rossboxing is definitely a pretty good place to get some ideas for training. haven't checked out that website for a couple of years but it was good last time i checked. however, it is still a better idea to get personal instruction before trying anything that you have no prior experience in. and it is always good to come on here and compare notes of course.
