Hi i was wondering is there anyway i can improve my foot work because its not very good as i cant get in and out when i attack. please do any of you have ideas on how i can improve it cheers

Skipping and weights around your ankles when training or Shadow boxing will work best. Also sprinting work might help give you better agility so you can get in and out faster.Last edited by Tuggers1986; 05-18-2007, 04:40 AM. -
