Treadmill vs Roads

roadwork is alot harder. treadmill you can do with your eyes closed.

Road work i think because you can change to sprints quicker and you can also find hils to sprint up and down. Also running on a treadmill is very boring for me/

I like a treadmill better...but that's only because it's easier. I definitely feel it more when I run outside. Now that I don't belong to a traditional gym(you know, with weights and machines and stuff) I'm forced to run outside. It's not bad though.

i perrfere the treadmill but its harder running on the roads cus it makes u out of breakth more
