ok the padding is great its thick very very thick. the leather is good. it is very light but very very well padded. It fits 100% and doesnt slide off my face or to teh side when i get caught. anything else you guys wana know about it?

              Visibility.

              And visibility.

              And, lastly, how's the visibility?

How should he respond? How about: "the visibility must be good I can plainly see it!"

I can see jack**** through my Everlast full-face (chinguard, not the bar -- see it in my avy) headgear; I can see quite well through my open-face (cheekguards) headgear but it gets knocked sideways every other punch, it seems. Worse now that I'm getting better (read: braver) at slipping -- remember Daffy Duck's beak when he gets shot? A grazing punch practically spins the headgear around like that. In combat, I'm constantly adjusting my headgear -- or blind.

I would pay quite literally whatever it takes -- even the $200+ for the Winning gear -- to get headgear that grips my face, has good impact resistance, and that has excellent visibility.

ahahaha, I hate that **** man. It ALWAYS happens, my sparring is damn near MMA cause I have to box my opponent and wrestle with my ****in headgear at the same time. Out of the three that Ive used, Titles Platinum Headgear grips the best cause the inside like almost suede I guess. It doesnt move nearly as much as the others Ive used and its kinda too big, I think If I had a smaller one it would never move. BUT the inside wears down, mine is all crusty now and scratch me and made me bleed in sparring.

i was curious about the padding by the forehead... how thick is it? i'm trying to buy a headgear that protects my eyes. do you think winning's will do the job? relative to the everlast headgears you've had, does the weight bog you down?
