This got me worried that i don't do enough...and then it got me worried that i do to much!
I train for 2 hours on a, monday, wednesday and thursday at the gym then run on tuesdays and fridays. Don't do a thing on saturday or sunday, just chill out. i reckon thats enough, then again, i only do running on a tueday and friday - maybe i should incorporate some sit-ups/push ups...
